Preparing plants for healing medicine is a sacred process. David will take us on a herb walk and discuss Traditional Plant Gathering Practices.
Lyn & Karin Will introduce you to 8 healing plants that commonly grow in Hawai’i - powerful allies during these changing times. They will help you understand how to choose plants that may address different healing needs and demonstrate how to make one or two simple preparations that can then be used to formulate a number of products for many different health issues.
